Fadiga is a family-run restaurant born from the desire to bring Bologna’s everyday cooking to London – honest, generous, and handmade.
We cook the way we live – with patience, warmth, and respect for tradition.
In 2021, Jay Rayner wrote in The Guardian:
“Fadiga is a glorious little bolthole in Soho, serving the food of Bologna with pride and precision.
A true Bolognese soul in the heart of Soho.”
Three years on, that soul endures.
Still here, in the same corner of Soho, we continue to prepare each dish with the same care and conviction – fresh pasta made daily, ragù slowly simmered, hospitality offered with warmth and grace.
What began as a small tribute to Bologna has become a London institution: a place where tradition and simplicity meet, and every plate tells the same quiet story of authenticity.
