FADIGA
RISTORANTE BOLOGNESE
The word "fadiga" is a term from the Bolognese dialect which literally translates to "fatigue", and it represents the hard work, passion, and effort that is often associated with the process of making fresh pasta by hand.

IL RISTORANTE
"fadiga" is a family-run Italian restaurant and pastificio located in the heart of Soho. We specialise in Emilia-Romagna regional cuisine with particular focus on the culinary tradition of the city of Bologna. Fresh emilian pasta is produced daily on-site and sold both fresh and cooked by our chefs for customers on the moment.

IL PASTIFICIO
With passion and commitment, our family produces many types of pasta: stuffed pasta, long or short pasta, pressed pasta, oven baked pasta and more. The family business offers its customers a wide range of handmade products, ranging from the classic “tortellino” to creative and seasonal proposals.

FADIGA BAR
We offer a wide range of both classical and house-craft cocktails to enjoy as aperitivi, as well as a large selection of wines typical of the Emilia-Romagna region.
